Deaf Events Update!

UPDATE and CHANGES

Read Carefully!

This performance is now required. An event like this does not happen often and I want all to attend. We must take advantage that this performance is available to us. It would be a terrible waste for us not to show our support to the Deaf Language and Culture club and not participate in something that will expose you to everything that you are learning in the class. BUT..... Because I am requiring this event, I will offer extra credit if you bring a guest to the performance. 10 extra credit points will be given and applied to your next exam. No other homework will be required other than participation. I will conduct a class discussion after this event.

Homers epic tale springs to life in a world premiere musical. With music by award-winning French composer Louis Dunoyer de Segonzac, The Odyssey follows Odysseuss ten-year journey home following the Trojan War. Encountering gods, sirens and monsters and pining for his wife, the ever-faithful Penelope, The Odyssey is an enduring story of adventure, love and romance.
